Dustin! Thanks : )
I’m looking forward to getting our families together for the walk. See you Sunday.

Hi Randal. Thanks for replying so quickly. Praise God that He has brought you out of substance abuse and made you willing to help others. Reminds me of 2 Corintians 1:3-4.
Would you mind contacting Kerry Noble (see original post for his phone #) and letting him know that you are willing to help?
Thanks sir!
Joan,
Great! Matt is the person running the project. I know they were down
to just needing a room for 2-3 males, but hadn’t heard if anyone else
stepped up to host.
Thanks,
Andy
Child Care for ESL classes at Christ the King Reformed Church
Wednesdays, 6:30-8:30.
Colonial HC would love to partner with other Region 3 house churches to meet this need. We have been doing it for a couple of months now and it has been a blessing to each one of us. However, we are starting to set that meeting this need through just our house church is a bit much. If a total of 3 house churches could rotate months, then families would serve once a quarter. Even just one other house church would make a huge difference.
More about the class:
Christ the King Reformed Church offers ESL classes to refugees in the area. The families are from Nepal, Rwanda and others. The church there takes care of all the logistics, our responsibility is just to man the child care. It takes 2-3 adults each night to cover the class. It is basically just a time to hang out with the kids and play with them.

Apex is actually a network of dozens of small community churches, organized into geographic regions, which meet in our members’ homes throughout the Miami Valley area. We call these small community churches, house churches… and our entire purpose is to be and make disciples of Jesus Christ.
